Team leader in production (m/f/d) in 3-shift operation

Your tasks:

• Take over management responsibility for teams of approx. 15 people
• Checking and monitoring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
• Implement continuous improvement process
• Troubleshooting and maintenance work
• Coordination of production processes

What you ideally bring with you:

• Training as MAF, in the field of maintenance or with a similar technical background
• Organisational talent, reliability & ability to work in a team
• Basic understanding of economic processes
• Experience with the MS Office package
• Optional: knowledge of Russian
