A broad product range and automated processing

For more than 60 years, BIKAR METALS has been supplying customers across a wide range of industries. Its product portfolio includes aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, special alloys and plastics. These materials are available as sheets, plates, cut-to-size blanks, circular blanks, rings, rods, tubes and profiles. Extensive stockholding, highly automated cutting centres and a strong supplier network enable BIKAR METALS to meet individual customer requirements reliably and efficiently.

The company continues to invest in the automation of its production processes. At BIKAR ZONE, customer-specific blanks are cut from aluminium plates and packaged using computer-controlled processes. The new BIKAR ZONE EAST in Korbußen, Germany, is now operational. The fully automated cutting centre covers 22,000 m² and represents an investment of €60 million.

Personal support and security of supply

A dedicated team supports customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg with material selection, stock planning, processing and logistics. Robert Sterk and Boy Kroos serve as Key Account Managers for the Benelux region, providing direct points of contact and working closely with BIKAR METALS’ specialist departments and production sites.

Tailored framework agreements help customers secure their supply of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals while improving procurement planning. Prices, volumes and contract periods are agreed in advance, with materials delivered on a call-off basis according to individual production schedules. This provides greater budget certainty and material availability while maintaining purchasing flexibility.

BIKAR’s in-house production of aluminium plates for toolmaking further strengthens its ability to control quality, availability and delivery times.

Quality and reliability remain priorities throughout the delivery process. Materials are carefully packaged, clearly labelled and supplied with full traceability. Packaging solutions are tailored to the material’s shape and intended application to ensure safe handling and transport.

BIKAR METALS will be exhibiting at Precisiebeurs on 18 and 19 November 2026 at the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The company will present its material and processing solutions for the precision engineering and manufacturing sectors.
