Your apprenticeship at BIKAR

BIKAR METALS is constantly growing and developing technologically. Due to the ever-increasing automation and the increasingly complex business requirements, we need very well-trained personnel. For this reason, in-house training is particularly important to our company. We employ around 60 trainees at both locations and have a very high retention rate. Some of our current managers and pillars of our company are former, successful trainees.

 

This is what characterizes our training

At BIKAR, young people are involved in the real processes from day one. They work actively and take responsibility from the very beginning. In this way, our trainees become involved at an early stage and are made aware of the importance of their role. A principle that convinces: our commitment to training has been recognized with the Certificate of Excellence in Training from the Siegen Employment Agency and the IHK Siegen’s Seal of Quality for Training.

Opportunities for development

Young, outstanding employees at BIKAR are offered individual development opportunities. In addition to on-the-job training, we also provide funding for university studies and doctorates for those who perform well. We work with our employees to find the right course of study, for example geography, media design or a PhD in tax law.
